
Victoria Williams

A lawyer-turned-yoga teacher, Victoria began practicing yoga in 2003, when she sought relief from the stresses of corporate litigation. As she found herself becoming more centered and inspired, Victoria realized yoga was developing from a cherished outlet to a passionate calling. Victoria completed teacher training with Eoin Finn Yoga + Blissology in British Columbia and is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher (200 RYT). Her classes balance focus and flow, combining detailed alignment instruction with a thoughtful, fluid practice designed to awaken the power of breath and the inner stillness of the mind. Victoria is an avid snowboarder and aspiring surfer and credits yoga with helping her find her flow in the mountains and water.
