
PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTION
Take your yoga practice to a whole new level. Our experienced instructors will tailor the private session to fit your individual needs whether you want to learn healthy alignment, a new posture, meditation techniques, or to enhance your asana practice. You will have the benefit of receiving hands-on adjustments and detailed guidance with each posture. We can also help you to deepen your understanding of how to apply yoga philosophy in your yoga practice and your daily life.

Prices:
$50 per hour / $70 for 1.5 hours.
PRIVATE GROUP INSTRUCTION
For weddings, special occasions, parties, family gatherings, birthdays, or just because it’s great fun, we will design a class of any style or level to suit your needs. We can come to you or come to our studio any time we don't a scheduled class or event. You may choose your instructor or we will choose the best instructor for your requirements.
Onsite
- $70/hr for one-hour class 2-10 students
- $90/hr for 11-15 students
- $110/hr for 16+ students (max 25)
Offsite
- $100/hr for a one-hour class 2-10 students
- $125/hr for 11-15 students
- $150/hr for 16+ students (max 25)
- $30 prop fee (mats, blocks, straps)
YOGA THERAPY
Although one can receive many benefits from yoga in a group class, there may be times of life when group classes are not possible, but yoga may be especially called for. When recovering from or coping with illness and injury, yoga can play an important role. Yoga enhances the body's ability to heal by increasing activation of the parasympathetic nervous system. Yoga can also provide movements, stretches and gentle strengthening so that, despite any disability, the body can continue to retain range of motion and integrity.
When we are sick or injured, sometimes our tendency is to stop moving and this is seldom the best thing for the body. The body's many systems rely on movement to stay healthy. Joanna enjoys working one-on-one with clients to develop practices that will help them feel more alive and energized, yet calm and quiet of mind. A one-on-one session can be geared toward stress management, insomnia, chronic pain or illness, or simply toward gaining more strength and vitality.
Yoga Therapy with Joanna Dunn:
$65/hr or $170 for 3 one-hour sessions.
