Practicing yoga challenges us to question our mind and body limitations, while increasing our self awareness and ability to practice patience when change unfolds at its own pace...
Beth began her practice of yoga more than a decade ago. Over the years she has developed a deep, powerful practice that she shares with her students by combining fluid aspects of Vinyasa with the precise, alignment based balance of Hatha yoga practiced in a heated room. After attending Loyola University for her undergraduate degree, Beth received a MA in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University and is currently conducting research for her doctorate degree. As a licensed Biofeedback practitioner and mediator, Beth also explores the link between focus, breath and the mind’s ability to bring balance and healing to the body. She received her 200 hour teacher certification with Elia Nikolaev at Yoga Tropics in Encinitas, California.
