POLICIES & DETAILS
Thank you for supporting yoga in Leavenworth through your purchase of a class pass, class series, or workshop! We have developed these policies to ensure the sustainability and longevity of the business so that Snowcreek Yoga may continue to grow and flourish for years to come. Please respect these policies as you would your neighbor or friend.
Refunds/Transfers:Payments for classes, class series, workshops and class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Family punch card may be purchased if you wish to share with members of your household.
Class Pass Expiration: Unused classes on class passes will expire after their allotted time (1, 2 or 6 months). No exceptions. Prior to your purchase of your class pass, please evaluate whether you can honestly use the classes within the constraints of the expiration date.
Workshop/Series Refund/Cancellation Policy: No refunds on workshops or series. If you cancel 72 hours before the start of a workshop or series, a credit at Snowcreek will be provided less a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the workshop or series.
Series: Snowcreek Series' such as Belly Dance and Intro Series passes are good for the 6 or 8 weeks at the set class time only.
Students and Seniors: Students with valid student ID & Seniors (over 65 years) receive a 20% discount on most class passes. No discount on Local's Passes nor on series classes.
Waivers: Every new student needs to complete a submitted waiver form prior to your first Snowcreek class. Download the waiverhere,or request one at the Studio. By signing our waiver, you are excepting responsibility for your own health and safety while participating in Snowcreek classes.
Online Shopping: Most classes, workshops and series may be purchased at ouronline store.
Class or Event Cancellation/Date Change Policy: Snowcreek Yoga Studio reserves the right to cancel or change the date of any class, class series, workshop, or retreat. We will do our best to notify students/participants in a timely manner if this occurs. Only on very rare occasions do we have to close the Studio due to inclement weather or a holiday. We always update the online class schedule when there are class changes or class cancellations. Please plan your class pass purchases accordingingly.
Returned Check Policy: All returned checks are subject to a processing fee of $25. This fee along with the original amount of the check is due within seven business days of the official notification from Snowcreek Yoga Studio. The total is to be paid at the Yoga Studio or Health Center - cash, credit card, money order, or certified bank check only. A "hold" will be placed on the student’s account until acceptable payment has been received.
Credit Cards: There is a $15 minimum charge for all Visa and Master Card transactions. Otherwise, we encourage you to use cash and checks. Thank you. (Sorry, we do not accept American Express.)
Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are available in any denomination and may be used for classes or in our studio boutique. We accept Mastercard, Visa, personal checks, and cash for all payments.
Retail Boutique Returns: All boutique sales are final.
