Nadege Margaria
(E-RTY 200, RYT 500, Lead Instructor, Yoga & Dance)
“Yoga is not only a physical and spiritual practice, it's a way of living with consciousness and awareness.”
Originally from France, Nadege found her way to yoga through dance. She has studied, taught and performed Belly Dance since 1997. While living in San Diego and teaching dance at La Jolla University, Nadege began to take advantage of all the wonderful yoga teachers in the area. It was her Ashtanga teacher, Maral, who ultimately encouraged her to also begin teaching yoga. She received her 200-Hour certification through Kathy Lee of Yoga Well in 2005 and her 500-hour certification in 2009. Currently, she is most inspired by Shiva Rea’s endless creativity in the art of Vinyasa. Using music and a choreographed flow, Nadege sets the tone for a powerful and dynamic practice. When she is not urging her students to “pull the lower belly in”, she spends time with her husband and young daughter or lends a hand at Sage Mountain Natural Foods.
