
GETTING STARTED
We try to make it easy and welcoming for those of you who are new to yoga to begin to experience the amazing benefits of practicing. We have many different ways you can jump in without intimidation as you will be in the same “brand new to yoga” boat with everyone else! INTRO SERIES
6-Week Intro Series
Now thru March 1, 2012 | $65, After March 1st | $89
6 weeks of personalized classes designed for those totally new to yoga! After this amazing series you will be ready to move into Level 1 classes. Get started with correct alignment and an eye for injury prevention! Sign up today!
In addition to 6 weeks of classes, the purchase of an intro series also includes:
- 1 private session with your teacher to address questions and specific modifications best for you. (30 minutes)
- Studio Orientation. Wonder about studio etiquette? It's easy, come see for yourself! Learn where our cubbies for storage are, how to sign-in and get our best class pass deals! (30 minutes)

BEGINNING LEVEL CLASSES
Any beginning level class is appropriate for a new student or any student who would like to work on the basics. These classes move slowly, work with traditional postures and explain accurate alignment and breathing, as well as encourage everyone to learn to work at their own level by listening to their body. Emphasis is also placed on core strength, flexibility, balance, and concentration. Check our schedule for a current listing of beginner classes.
