Office Hours

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and by appointment on weekends and after hours. Hours may vary from therapist to therapist. For an appointment that best suits your schedule, it is recommended that you schedule your appointment 1 to 2 weeks in advance.

Cancellations

We understand that “life happens” and that appointments need to be rescheduled. Rescheduling should be made at least 24-hours prior to an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24-hours before an appointment are subject to our cancellation policy. A one-time courtesy will be given for a less-than-24-hour-cancellation. After the first time you will be billed at $45. We appreciate your understanding and courtesy in regards to missed appointments.
